I’m frustrated

Dead keys in a ProKeys Sono 88

When I bought it, it had been already used. The keys A-1, A#-1 and B-1 didn't work at all. Now, The keys D1 to B1 don't work, too. The key C#1 works well, the key C1 works like 50% of the time (if I pressed it 100 times, it would work aproximately 50 times).

    Sorry you're having trouble with your controller!

    It does sound like this is hardware related. Warranty and non-warranty claims cannot be handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service Inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the M-Audio Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu. This will not require a support code.

    or

    • For faster support, call or email your nearest Support Office or International Distributor. Select your country to find the nearest office.
