I’m frustrated

Fast Track USB driver installation; Windows 7

I am unable to install my Fast Track USB driver version on to Windows 7. I'm not sure if that is an accurate description but it was bought back in 2006 and I just bought a new Dell computer with Windows 7 Home Premium. The error i recieve after i attempt to install the driver software is "Abort Installation: ...The user is unwilling to install an unassigned driver on this computer..." I have no idea what the problem is and i have tried visiting the avid.com site, and have attempted to install the most up to date driver, as well as the driver version i current have, with still no luck. I was successfully able to install the actuall Session software, but obviously it doesn't work without the Fast Track USB driver. I would appreciate any and all help or suggestions. Thanks
