M 2x2 no longer working in mac! Annoying support Code!!!The support is unreachable

My M Track 2x2 is no longer recongnized by my Mac. I'm from Spain and it s impossible to contact any Support. Only to contact they demand me a "Support Code" which I never received even though being registered!!
It s impossible to contact them!!!!!
I been looking on the web and apearently mine is not the only case.
Does somebody has a mail adress where I could contact them without this ANNOYING filter (support code) the 've never sent me??

    Thanks for posting!

    I'm sorry you're having trouble getting in touch with support! I'll be happy to help you troubleshoot your M-Track. The M-Track 2X2 is a class compliant device on Mac operating systems. This means that it uses drivers that are already on your computer in order to connect. Which operating system are you running on your computer?

    Have you performed any troubleshooting so far? I would advise testing the USB connection with another cable and with different USB ports on your computer. It will also be helpful to test your M-Track with another computer to see if you can replicate the same behavior.

    Try that and let me know how it goes!

  • I've tried everything. I purchased another usb cable, I tried it in another imac and then in a PC (with the dirvers I had to download). Nothing! It doesn' t work. Not showing on any of the computers. Again, impossible to contact with support because the never sent me the support code!!
    Unbelievable!!
    No support in Spain either, I called to the Uk but they told me they don t work on Spain.
    I just want a replacement but it s impossible to contact them cause they sell in Spain but without customer support. Not even an adress to write unless you have this "support code" they ve never sent.
    I'll appreciate if you give me a solution, a serious one.
